We're the first EU network bringing together
two halves of the female working world,
those who are accessing a new job market and those who already are part of it.
Worldplaces project is aiming at scaling good practices and services
to redifine more inclusive labor markets for low-formal skilled refugees and migrant women.
there's magic in every beginning
A new worklplace marks a new beginning - a turning point.
That's even more true for newcomers.
In migrants' life, workplaces are more than a gateway to economic stability:
they can be formidable integration hubs.
However, workplaces are not equally accessible for everyone -
migrant women with less recognized formal skills are most at risk of
employment segregation.

two halves don't have to bE Perfect
to make one whole
It is clear that non-profit and private sector do not hold in their hands the 100% of the solution for a more effective migrant women’s integration.
Worldplaces offers a space for imagining and sharing joint solutions and approaches that will allow workplaces in the private sector to become more inclusive and accessible.
At local levels, not for profit organisations and the public sector are the ones providing assistance, vocational training and placements to less skilled migrant women, while the private sectors offers the jobs opportunities.

OUR PEOPLE
The unique added value of Worldplaces is the diversity of its people.
Diverse stakeholders and actors join the forces for the effective and successful implementation of the project.
In fact we can count on
… and first of all the migrant and refugee women we work with and for!
founding members
Meet the ambassadors
Ambassadors of Worldplaces are migrant and non migrant women, already established in the job market that help us to facilitate the bridging of the two halves: the profit and non profit sectors.
We want to see them become champions and ambassadors of workplaces
that are open to the world, and are able to spot and develop talents - even the less visible ones - those of migrant women, especially of most vulnerable and less formally qualified ones.
